The shopping center will include world-class stores, a multiplex cinema and a food court with a variety of restaurants from around the world. Due to its proximity to the ocean it will be covered in weatherproof materials such as granite marble, aluminum and glass, which will enable ease of service and maintenance at the highest level and over time.  The roof of the building is partially transparent to allow natural light in and to create a feeling of connection between the outdoors and the interior space.

A “Viewpoint Terrace” will be located on the roof where visitors will have a magnificent view of the bay and the volcanic mountain across it.
